Our lamb is around 7-9 months old, grass reared and available in late summer early to autumn. We provide a whole or half-lamb butchered and ready for your freezer.
Once a champion of the British dinner table mutton has virtually disappeared from the menu in the last 50 years. Lincolns are perfect mutton producers. If you are looking for rich flavoursome meat we can personally recommend this 'old-fashioned' favourite.
Whether it be lamb, hogget or mutton, our meat comes from sheep that have led a natural and stress free life. We can guarantee large, succulent, quality cuts with traditional depth of flavour.

This wonderful option is technically not lamb as it is over 12 months of age (around 18 months). Hogget has all the same qualities of lamb except you get larger cuts with delicious flavour. Available as a whole or half, we also try to carry frozen cuts of hogget all year round.
